27 Aug: Bunga has gone to America again (inside joke for the Vineyarders following our Ospreys). He spent a few days over near the Westport River, where there's a healthy Osprey colony of more than 60 pairs.       Interestingly, last year the Westport birds had a poor year reproductively while the Vineyard birds did very well, and this year the Westport birds did well and the Vineyard birds had their poorest reproductive season since we restarted the census in 1998.      His next move was up to Mattapoisett, along the NW shore of Buzzard's Bay.
